This section explains how we handle your personal data when you register for a course or another educational event, or when you subscribe to our newsletter.
We process only the data necessary for these purposes. We do not process any health-related data through this website.

When you register for a course or educational event, we may process:
your first and last name,
e-mail address,
telephone number,
information about the selected event,
billing details, including company name, address, Company ID and VAT number,
information necessary to process the payment and issue an accounting document.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your e-mail address and the information necessary to manage your subscription.
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
managing your registration, organising the event and communicating with participants — on the basis of performing a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract,
receiving and processing payments — on the basis of performing a contract,
issuing and retaining accounting and tax documents — on the basis of a legal obligation,
sending newsletters and information about upcoming events — on the basis of your consent.
You may withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter at any time.
We use the following service providers to process personal data:
Stripe for payment processing; we do not store payment card details,
Fakturoid for issuing and managing invoices,
Resend for sending transactional e-mails and newsletters.
Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the data is transferred on the basis of appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection legislation.
We retain registration-related data for as long as necessary to organise the event, fulfil our contractual obligations and protect our legal claims.
Accounting and tax documents are retained for the period required by applicable legislation.
Data used for newsletter distribution is retained until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.
Where provided by applicable law, you have the right to:
request access to your personal data,
request the correction or completion of your personal data,
request the deletion of your personal data,
request restriction of processing,
object to processing,
request data portability,
withdraw your consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic if you believe that your personal data is being processed in breach of applicable legislation.
